The following is a sample of the kinds of seasonal dishes served at Tuck Shop. Our menu changes often, so please note the items below are not always being served.
Garden: roasted colored beets, arugala, warm truffled goat cheese vinaigrette
Soup: parsnip, cauliflower, herbed croutons
Raw Bar: chilled seafood trio, shrimp cocktail, crab avocado salad & sable fish citrus tartar
Appetizer: ravioli maison braised short rib wild mushroom duxelles, brown butter sage sauce
Braise: osso bucco, rapini, white bean, fennel, au jus
Fowl: organic chicken potpie
Fish: sable fish, warm market salad, sauce vierge
Seafood: fisherman’s hotpot, bass, clams, mussels, shrimp, mirepoix, marinated tomato,
boullabaisse, and grilled sourdough
Meat: Quebec grilled leg of lamb, israeli couscous, root veg, and rosemary red wine sauce
Pasta: house gnocchi, Brussels sprouts, butternut squash, mushroom, tomato, bacon, and porcini veal stock
