The following is a sample of the kinds of seasonal dishes served at Tuck Shop. Our menu changes often, so please note the items below are not always being served.


Garden: pumpkin, greens, prosciutto, corn, roasted cherry tomatoes, pumpkin seeds


Soup: 8 hour French onion soup, aged gruyere, herbed croutons


Raw Bar: albacore tuna sashimi, fresh wasabi, pickeled colored carrot salad


Appetizer: venison carpaccio, arugula, reggiano, olives ,truffle, lemon


Braise: Kamouraska lamb shank, orzo, squash, pearl onion, black trumpet mushroom


Fowl: classic turkey dinner, stuffing, mashed potatoes, gravy


Fish: halibut en papillote, clams, artichoke, yellow cherry tomatoes


Seafood: mussels, parsley, almond butter garlic sauce, fries


Pasta: risotto, corn, arugula, chanterelle, lobster stock, chives


Meat: tenderloin, porcini, berlotti beans, roma tomatoes, rapini, red wine sauce
